From 2012 to 2020, Mitch was an active angel investor and advisor. Previously, Mitch was Partner and Chief Operating Officer at DSI, where he led the firm’s internal operations and external business development efforts before an equity exit. Under his leadership, DSI grew year-over-year revenue to an eight-figure firm, experiencing historic levels of client retention and company profitability. Mitch currently serves on the Board of Directors of several charitable organizations, including Higher Achievement and THRIVE.

Mitch received his MBA from Florida A&M University. He is a sixth-generation Washingtonian. He lives in the Fort Lincoln neighborhood of Northeast Washington, DC with his wife, Cadene.
